Terms and Conditions

1. About Us

This website is operated by ZIGGATI (“we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods through our website and your use of this website.

If you have any questions, please contact us at:
Email: hello@ziggati.com
Country of operation: United Kingdom

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, placing an order, or purchasing any products from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this website or place an order.

3. Products

All products are designed and handmade in small batches. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in colour, pattern placement, scale, or finish may occur. These variations are inherent characteristics of handmade items and do not constitute defects.

Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display products accurately, we cannot guarantee that colours will appear the same on all devices.

4. Prices, Taxes & Duties

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

  • For UK customers, prices include VAT where applicable

  • For international customers, prices exclude local taxes, customs duties, import charges, or handling fees

You are solely responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your local customs authority. We are not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs clearance processes.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these Terms and Conditions.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A legally binding contract is formed only once your order has been dispatched and you have received a dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including (but not limited to) where a product is unavailable, an error has occurred in pricing or product information, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on our website.

All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated dispatch times are stated on individual product pages. As many items are made to order, dispatch times may vary.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the goods.

8. Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

If you are a customer in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at hello@ziggati.com within the 14-day cancellation period.

9. Exclusions from the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to goods that are:

  • Made to order

  • Customised or personalised

  • Produced to your specific requirements

Such items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.

10. Returns (Eligible Items Only)

Where a return is accepted:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

11. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

12. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence where possible.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

13. International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty

  • Original shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable

  • Returned items must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods”

We are not responsible for customs delays, additional charges, or items returned incorrectly.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, patterns, photographs, text, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of ZIGGATI and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

16. Privacy

Personal data provided through this website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
