Our Story

Valentine’s Day 2025

Ati and Ziggy

When ZIGGATI started there were two founders - colour-obsessed sisters Ziggy and Ati. Ziggy was the photographer, with 30+ years in design, and the one who lined handbags and towels with her images so they’d pop when you opened them. Ati with 25+ years in marketing and design working for high-end fashion brands. Both creative. Both equally as stubborn as one another. The business plan was simple: turn Ziggy’s photography into repeat patterns for the home, with a first collection ready to launch in 2024.

25 prints were done for kick off when Ziggy was diagnosed with breast cancer. She passed away on 10th May 2024. In the wake of that loss, ZIGGATI almost slipped away too…however, on Valentine’s Day 2025, with grief heavy in her chest and a huge sense of purpose flickering beneath it, Ati chose to water the seed and ZIGGATI was to be. Taking Ziggy’s graphic design concept used for her handbag linings and bringing the creations out of hiding.

It's more than décor. Every design starts as a real moment, a photograph, then drifts somewhere dreamlike. It began with cushions, but the patterns are made to live across surfaces, spaces and stories, with trusted partners and sustainable materials, made with intention and made to last. ZIGGATI is a little gallery of joy, made to be felt.

About Ati

Hi! I’m Ati — warm-hearted, quick to laugh, and deeply passionate about the things that matter. I’d like to think all these traits are gifts from my Greek heritage of which I am proud, and of which is a continuous source of the ZIGGATI creative. I’m a mum to two brilliant humans (Ozi and Tilly), wife to a “one-in-a-million” man and I live in a charming pocket of England in the South Cotswolds.

My professional background spans luxury powerhouses including LVMH and The Bicester Collection, crafting meaningful learning experiences with some of the world’s most discerning minds both creatively and in business.

I’ve always been drawn to objects that tell a story. Special things that have been thought about, handled, and made with intention. I value tradition, quality, and sustainability. I believe in materials that last and responsible production.

Today, I pour everything I’ve learned about luxury, creativity, care, and human connection, to showcase my patterns all sourced from photographs and made with intention that feeds the soul, lifts the spirits and enhances the space we live in, not only visually, but emotionally too.

In loving memory of my dearest sister, my wingwoman and light of my life.
